Dog Attacks

Dog Attacks: Owners of dogs and other animals have a duty to keep them in control at all times. Most cities and towns have specific ordinances requiring pets be kept in fenced areas or on a leash. When an individual is injured as a result of an attack by a dog or other animal, the animal owners are usually responsible for the resulting damage and disfigurement.

Fox & Vuylsteke has represented dozens of individuals, both adults and children, for injuries they received as a result of an animal attack. Our office will thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the attack, the laws and ordinances in effect at the time, and the aggressive history of the animal involved.
