JAMES FOX WINS $1,75 MILLION SETTLEMENT FOR FAMILY OF MOTORCYCLIST KILLED BY TRACTOR TRAILER

The mother of a 29 year old motorcyclist and his young daughter were represented by James Fox in lawsuit brought in an Ohio Federal Court after the beloved son and father was struck and killed by a tractor trailer on Interstate 76 in Medina County, Ohio. The family suffered the loss of care, companionship and support due to the failure of the semi-truck driver to keep a careful lookout when changing driving lanes.
The case was mediated by Chief Judge Patricia Gaughan in December of 2018 and settled before trial see Frank v. FAF, Inc., et al., Cause No. 1:17-CV-02437, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
